Candle Club Subscription Cancellation Policy:
At Wood & Willow Candle Co., we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to make our cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time during the month, up to seven days prior to their recurring charge date, without incurring any penalty.
Cancellation Within Seven Days: If a customer cancels their subscription seven days or less from their recurring charge date, they will still be responsible for the upcoming month's subscription fee.
Cancellation Process: To cancel a subscription, customers can follow these simple steps:
Log in to their customer account.
Click on "My account."
Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
View the details of their subscription, including the next order date and frequency.
Click "Cancel Subscription" to initiate the cancellation process.
Confirmation: Once the cancellation request is submitted, customers will receive a confirmation email to verify that their subscription has been successfully canceled.
No Refunds for Partial Months: Please note that there are no refunds for partial subscription months. If a cancellation occurs after a recurring charge has been processed for the upcoming month, the subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
